We will replace the product within 7 to 10 days with no extra cost. When you call or whatsapp us regarding this matter, we will describe you how to send the product that you received using self-shipment service.
If you told us wrong size at your order time and after receive the product you want to exchange it. Bongtees clearly told that we do not exchange or return any product that go with your mistakes. Please find the size chart before place an order. We do not have any return policy in our accessories products.
You can cancel prepaid or cash on delivery (COD) order within 24 hours on basis of your order place time. To cancel an order please whatsapp us on 9635937965 with your proper order ID. Prepaid orders can not be cancelled after this time and there will be no refund initiated. We will call you before dispatch any cash on delivery (COD) Orders.
Prices for items may change from time to time without notice. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been placed/dispatched. The price of an item includes GST (or similar sales tax).
