Exchange and Return Policy

We always place great emphasis on ensuring that what you order from us, reaches you accurately and on time.  However, if you do not receive the exact product that you ordered, in some cases you can return or exchange it. 

When you do receive a wrong or defective product like wrong printing, wrong color, or wrong size (that does not match our size chart) then call us or WhatsApp us on our help desk number 9635937965. We will replace the product within 7 to 10 days at no extra cost. When you call or WhatsApp us regarding this matter, we will describe you how to send the product that you received using the self-shipment service.

If you told us the wrong size at your order time and after receiving the product you want to exchange it. Bongtees clearly told us that we do not exchange or return any product that goes with your mistakes. Please find the size chart before placing an order. We do not have any return policy on our accessories products. 

You can cancel prepaid or cash-on-delivery (COD) orders within 24 hours on the basis of your order place time. To cancel an order please WhatsApp us on 9635937965 with your proper order ID. Prepaid orders can not be cancelled after this time and there will be no refund initiated. We will call you before dispatching any cash-on-delivery (COD) Orders. Prices for items may change from time to time without notice. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been placed/dispatched. The price of an item includes GST (or similar sales tax).
